inKUR resmi menandatangani Perjanjian Kerjasama (PKS) dengan PT Alam Utama Borneo yang beroperasi di bawah merek dagang Kalara Borneo, pada 7 Februari 2026 di Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat.
Kerjasama ini bertujuan memperkuat rantai pasok kakao dari hulu hingga hilir melalui tiga pilar utama: pembinaan petani kakao, penerapan tata kelola koperasi agro berbasis kakao agroforestri yang bebas deforestasi, serta jaminan akses pasar dengan harga premium berbasis mutu.
Melalui kemitraan ini, inKUR berperan sebagai penggerak jaringan koperasi anggota primer di sektor kakao, sekaligus memfasilitasi penguatan kapasitas produksi dan akses teknologi bagi petani. Kalara Borneo sebagai mitra industri menjamin penyerapan hasil produksi dengan standar kualitas premium dan bebas deforestasi sesuai persyaratan pasar ekspor internasional.
Kerjasama ini menjadi langkah nyata inKUR dalam memperluas manfaat bagi koperasi anggota primer di sektor agrikultur, sekaligus memperkuat posisi koperasi Indonesia dalam rantai nilai komoditas kakao global.

The collaboration aims to strengthen the cocoa supply chain from farm to market through three main pillars: cocoa farmer development, implementation of deforestation-free cocoa agroforestry-based cooperative governance, and guaranteed market access with premium quality-based pricing.
Through this partnership, inKUR serves as the driver of the primary member cooperative network in the cocoa sector, while facilitating production capacity strengthening and technology access for farmers. Kalara Borneo as the industry partner guarantees the absorption of production outputs with premium quality and deforestation-free standards in line with international export market requirements.
This cooperation is a concrete step by inKUR to expand benefits for primary member cooperatives in the agricultural sector, while strengthening the position of Indonesian cooperatives in the global cocoa commodity value chain.
